But still, we highly recommend staying alkaline as it has numerous health benefits. Remember that acids are released from the stomach every 3 to 4 hours to breakdown the food we eat. So its always good to eat regular small meals otherwise the acids will attack the lining of the stomach to create acidity. That was about six weeks ago.
